Project Overview
Felinox is a WearOS analog watch face bringing together cats and astrology. It’s cute and charming, featuring adorable zodiac cats, a ticking mouse as the seconds hand, and a sun icon to highlight the current zodiac sign. The design combines fun and functionality, making it a delightful addition to your day.
Objective
I wanted to create a watch face for cat lovers that would brighten their day with a fun, cosmic vibe while still being functional and easy to use. The challenge was to combine these playful elements with practical features like customizable complications without overwhelming the design.
The Goal

The Process
- Conceptualizing the Design: The idea for Felinox started with my love for cats. I had previously designed a set of 12 cat icons, each representing a zodiac sign, and I wanted to give them new life in a watch face. The goal was to keep things clean and simple while adding some whimsical, cosmic charm.
- Building the Features: Felinox features a ticking mouse as the seconds hand and a sun icon that displays the current zodiac sign. I know that the zodiac cats can be tricky to guess, so tapping on them reveals which sign they represent. To keep it functional, I added two additional complications, which by default show the battery level and the date.
- Refining the Design: After laying out the key features, I worked on fine-tuning the layouts to ensure the vosuals were charming but not distracting. The complications were designed to be clear and easy to read, and the overall layout was tested to ensure balance between fun and usability.

Felinox is a charming and practical watch face for cat and astrology lovers. Its features include:
